How to Do-Good

Quick How-To Guide: Start the day with a little silence, scripture (via Forward Day by Day, if you choose) and prayer. Then open your eyes and make it a practice to be hyper-aware of who and what's going on around you. Deploy that deed with confidence when God gives you his signature gentle nudge. This may feel awkward and unnatural. #NoWorries #GoWithIt #DeedWellDone #BlessingsEnsueJustWait

Day 177

Scripture: Ps 41, 52, 44; 1 Kings 13:1-10; Philippians 1:1-11; Mark 15:40-47
Scripture standout: Ps 41: "1 Blessed are those who have regard for the weak;
   the LORD delivers them in times of trouble.
2 The LORD protects and preserves them—
   they are counted among the blessed in the land—
   he does not give them over to the desire of their foes.
3 The LORD sustains them on their sickbed
   and restores them from their bed of illness."

Morning thoughts: Last day at the beach. Sigh.
His Deed/The Day: I made my 93-year-old father-in-law, who I adore and who is very weak from a recent health scare, some broth. Sometimes, scripture matches up to deeds...cool with that happens!

    What a surprise!
    Yes, the tacky plastic swan is back in the yard. Too many Canada Geese! (Found out on Google that swans are the natural enemy of geese)
    Well see...................
