Scripture standout Ps 89: "6For who in the heaven can be compared unto the LORD? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the LORD?"
What happens when you deliberately tweak your conscience to be more aware of meeting others' needs? Every day? And if it happens to be Lent...for 40 days? What does that look like? What deeds would transpire? What blessings come back? How do we listen for direction? Wake up each morning and decide to be intentional about bringing others better into focus with a little prayer, silence and scripture. Let the daily deeding commence! #DoingUntoOthers #OthersFirst #OneDeedADayGo
How to Do-Good
Quick How-To Guide: Start the day with a little silence, scripture (via Forward Day by Day, if you choose) and prayer. Then open your eyes and make it a practice to be hyper-aware of who and what's going on around you. Deploy that deed with confidence when God gives you his signature gentle nudge. This may feel awkward and unnatural. #NoWorries #GoWithIt #DeedWellDone #BlessingsEnsueJustWait

Day 246
Scripture: Ps 89:1-52; 1 Maccabees 3:1-24; Revelation 20:7-15; Matthew 17:1-13
Scripture standout Ps 89: "6For who in the heaven can be compared unto the LORD? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the LORD?"
His Deed/The Day: Thankfully, Winn-Dixie hooked me up on a deed at long last yesterday. I was beginning to think three days away indulging in old college friendships and good food had steered me down the wrong path. They had some tickets at the counter where you could tack on a few extra bucks to support a family's Thanksgiving meal. Easy. Done.
